All engagements should be reviewed carefully before confirmation. Cancellations or changes may be subject to specific terms agreed upon with the relevant brand or space partner.
Refunds or credits may be considered in cases of verified service failure, incorrect execution, or issues attributable directly to Yzel. Requests must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe and supported with relevant documentation or evidence. Decisions regarding refunds are made at Yzel's discretion based on the circumstances of each case.
